Refund Policy
When you get your money back, how much of it, and how long it takes. The numbers below are read live from the system that actually processes refunds, so this page cannot drift out of step with what happens.
The short version
You have 14 days from payment. If it did not arrive, did not work, or was not what the listing described, you get all of it back.
When you can ask
- Within 14 days of paying
- On an order that completed
- Once per order
After 14 days the automatic route closes, but support can still look at it. A closed window is not the same as a closed door.
What you get back
How much comes back depends on what went wrong:
- It never arrived — 100% back
- It missed the promised turnaround — 100% back
- It does not work as described — 100% back
- I was charged twice — 100% back
- The listing was misleading — 50% back
A misleading listing returns half by default rather than everything, because you did receive something usable — but if the listing was actually wrong rather than merely flattering, say so and a person will look at it. These are starting positions, not final ones.
What gets deducted, and why
Two things may come off a refund, and both scale down with the refund itself:
- Compute you already used. If an agent ran fifty times before you asked for a refund, those runs cost real money to serve. A half refund deducts half the compute, not all of it.
- The payment processor’s fee. Our provider keeps its cut on a refunded transaction, so refunding it in full would mean paying it twice.
A refund can never come out negative. If the deductions exceed the refund, you get zero — never a bill. Asking for your money back does not generate an invoice.
How to ask
- Open the order from your orders
- Choose “Ask for a refund”, pick what went wrong, and say what happened
- A person reviews it — never the same person who sold it to you
We ask for a written explanation because a human reads it, and because “it did not work” and “it did not work with my setup” lead to different outcomes.
What happens when it is approved
- The money goes back the way it came, usually within 5–7 working days
- Your access to that agent stops — licence keys and download links stop working
- The order stays in your history, showing what happened
Access ending is the other half of a refund. Keeping a working agent you have been refunded for is the thing that makes refunds expensive for everyone else.
Cancelling before you pay
An order that has not been paid can simply be left. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed.
If you disagree with a decision
Raise a ticket. If that does not resolve it, the grievance process and its timelines are on the contact page.
