Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Go Argent. Plain English, because terms you cannot read are terms you have not agreed to.
Who you are dealing with
Go Argent is operated by TODO — fill in before launch (CIN TODO — fill in before launch), registered at TODO — fill in before launch. Referred to below as “we” and “us”.
What we sell
Working AI agents and the material that makes them work — prompts, workflow exports, system instructions, API configurations and documentation. Some are downloadable files; some are services you access with credentials we issue after purchase.
Everything on this site today is published by us. If we open the catalogue to other sellers, these terms will be updated before that happens and you will be told what changed.
Your account
- You need an account to buy. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- Give us an email address you actually read — order confirmations, licence keys and refund decisions go there.
- One person, one account. Sharing credentials or reselling access is the one thing that gets an account closed without warning.
What you may do with what you buy
You get a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Specifically, you may use it in your own work and your own business, commercially, without paying us again.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute it, in whole or in part
- Publish it publicly in a form that lets others use it without buying it
- Present it as your own product for sale
Using it to build something of your own is fine, and expected. Copying it and selling the copy is not.
Paying
- Prices are shown before you pay, with any tax broken out separately.
- We show prices in your local currency for convenience. The rate your card or bank settles at is theirs, not ours, and may differ slightly.
- Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds
Covered in full on the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
What we promise, and what we do not
We describe every agent honestly, including where it does not work — that is what the “where not to use it” section on each listing is for. If something does not do what its listing says, that is our problem and you are entitled to a refund.
We do not promise that an AI agent will produce correct output every time. These are probabilistic systems, and no honest seller can promise otherwise. Check anything that matters before you act on it, and do not put an agent in a position where a wrong answer causes harm you cannot undo.
Where an agent depends on a third-party service — a model provider, an automation platform — that service’s availability is not something we control.
When we would close an account
Reselling what you bought, chargeback abuse, attempting to break into other people’s accounts, or using the platform for something illegal. We will tell you why, and you keep access to your order history.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first — raise a ticket and a person reads it. Our grievance process and its timelines are on the contact page.
Needs legal sign-off: limitation of liability, indemnity, and the cap on what we owe if something goes badly wrong. These are the clauses that decide what happens in the worst case, and they should be written by a lawyer for this business rather than copied from another one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at TODO — fill in before launch have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the page.
